Why does the Club have its own web site? Answer: To provide timely news and information to the members about what's going on. It also supports the emails sent to you regularly.
How about the Sales office and UPCA?
Answer: They have a different webmaster. Our web sites are linked to each other.
Who is the ONSC webmaster? Answer: ONSC member, Donald Jerrems, a Certified Internet Webmaster, who has been working with the ONSC Club Managers to use the Internet for improving communications.
Why isn't the web site password protected? Answer: There are pros and cons of making the site password protected. We want to make it easier for members to get in. We don't include any information that is not for public dissemination, especially member e-mail addresses.
Why don't we include a member directory on-line? In the age of identity theft and other Internet abuses, we are sensitive to invasion from Internet code crackers who could penetrate the privacy of member names and addresses.
