The Membership Directory has been sent to press and will be ready for
distribution by February 8th, 2007. Directories will not be mailed, but they can
be picked up at the clubhouse. The first copy is free and each additional copy
will be $10.00.

The Old North State Club Membership Classifications
Full Golf..... A Full Golf Membership permits the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming and social facilities provided at the Club. Full Golf Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Full Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees, but shall pay the applicable golf cart fees for use of the golf facilities of the Club.
Extended Family Membership
The Club reserves the right to permit the extended family of a member to use the membership privileges on a membership year basis upon payment of additional dues and other fees established by the Club. The extended family shall include the parents of the member and spouse, member's children and their spouse, and the member's grandchildren to have full access to the Club.
Sports..... A Sports Membership permits the member to use all of the tennis, swimming and social facilities provided at the Club and to limited access to the golf facilities. Sports Members have a three-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times. Sports Members may not reserve a golf starting time, in advance, to play golf before noon on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday. Sports Members shall not pay court fees for use of the tennis facilities but shall pay the applicable green fees and golf cart fees for the use of the golf facilities of the Club. You do not have to be a property owner to own this type membership.
Social..... A Social Membership permits the member to use all of the swimming and social facilities provided at the Club. Social Members are not permitted to use the golf and tennis facilities at the Club, except as a guest of another member of the Club.
Invitational..... An Invitational Membership permits the non-property owner to use all the golf, tennis, swimming and social facilities provided at the Club. Invitational Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Full Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees, but shall pay the applicable golf cart fees for use of the golf facilities of the Club. This is a recallable membership with 100% refund within 30 days of recall.

MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point offers an opportunity to be a member of a golf, tennis, swimming and social club. The Club provides quality facilities and services. Pursuant to this Membership Plan, the privilege of using the Club Facilities is available to members of the Club, immediate family members, guests of members and other persons permitted by the Club from time to time.
CLUB FACILITIES
The facilities provided at The Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point include the following:
an eighteen-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio;
excellent golf practice facilities for golf clinics;
a swim/tennis center including a tennis shop, an exercise room, men's and women's locker and restroom facilities and a snack bar;
six tennis courts;
a swimming pool;
a clubhouse consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet including dining facilities, a bar and lounge, men's and women's locker room facilities, a golf shop, golf club storage facilities,
boat marina
8-room lodge for guests.

Badin Lake is a popular setting for many different recreation activities, including camping, hiking, fishing, boating, and hunting. The area is rich game land for deer and wild turkey, and a home for bald eagles. Visitors to the Forest can also enjoy other Piedmont attractions, including Town Creek Indian Mound, North Carolina Zoological Park, Reeds Gold Mine, and pottery shopping in the Seagrove area. Pinehurst is only an hour away.
